Message	Seller owes you nothing unless it was a merchant. And then only if you can prove the merchant was deceitful. And probably not for used parts. Now taking them back just to be a good person? Sure. But even you admit they work sometimes, so no reason to think they didn't work before. I suspect the problem lies elsewhere.
